Does this feel familiar?

“I know this isn’t working. How do I actually change it?”

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll understand what’s keeping you stuck, and practice how to change it.

You can be the person who holds everything together, and still feel lost in your own life.

You keep putting everyone else first, until you’re no longer sure what you need.

You know you need boundaries, but saying no leaves you feeling guilty.

You leave one relationship, only to find the same patterns in the next.

You understand why you react the way you do. You just don’t know how to respond differently.

My approach

Understand what’s underneath. Build a different way forward.

The 90-day coaching experience uses Integrated Attachment Theory to work through six connected areas. We explore the beliefs behind your patterns, practice new responses, and bring the work into everyday life.

01

Core wounds & beliefs

Recognize the stories you carry about yourself. Work on changing limiting beliefs through IAT tools and subconscious reprogramming practices.

02

Your needs

Get clear on what you need, learn ways to meet those needs, and practice asking for what matters to you.

03

Emotional patterns

Understand what happens when you feel triggered and build practical ways to work through your emotions.

04

Boundaries

Learn to set and maintain boundaries that reflect your needs, even when saying no feels uncomfortable.

05

Communication

Practice expressing yourself more clearly, so hard conversations don’t have to follow the same old script.

06

Behavioral patterns

Notice familiar responses and practice different choices, in relationships and in the rest of your life.

The goal: tools you can keep using on your own, long after coaching ends.

Meet Carla

I know what it’s like to start again.

After ten years of marriage, I experienced betrayal, cheating, and divorce. I was rebuilding my life while raising three children, and trying to understand how I had lost myself along the way.

I turned to therapy, books, and podcasts. I gained understanding, but I still struggled to change the patterns playing out in my life.

I learned and understood a lot, but I was still stuck.

Integrated Attachment Theory gave me practical tools to work on my beliefs, needs, boundaries, emotions, and communication. My experience with that work led me to become a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory Coach.

Now I help women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin take steps toward a different chapter.

This is coaching, not therapy. My work focuses on self-understanding, practical skills, and changing relationship patterns.

Real conversations. Real insight. Real change.

A different way forward starts with understanding why you do what you do, then practicing something new.

On the Personal Development School podcast

My conversation with Thais Gibson.

I joined Thais Gibson, the creator of Integrated Attachment Theory, on her podcast to share my healing journey after betrayal and divorce, and how IAT helped me rebuild my life.

We talked about meeting your need for intimacy without compromising your values, unmet emotional needs, rebuilding after heartbreak, and creating a fulfilling life while you’re single.

Questions, answered.

Still unsure if this is right for you? The discovery call is a chance to ask anything before you decide.

Discovery call
Do I need to be in a relationship?

No. This work is for women who are married, separated, divorced, single, or dating. We focus on your patterns and your relationship with yourself, as well as how you relate to others.

What if I don’t know what needs to change?

You don’t have to know before we begin. Identifying what is happening, what is underneath it, and what you want to change is part of the coaching process.

Is this therapy?

No. Carla is a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory Coach, not a therapist. She offers coaching around beliefs, needs, emotional patterns, boundaries, communication, and behavior. She does not provide diagnosis, somatic repatterning, or nervous-system treatment.

What is subconscious reprogramming?

In Carla’s coaching, this means using IAT practices to work on limiting beliefs and learned responses that may be influencing your choices. The focus is on practicing new beliefs and responses in everyday situations.

What is the discovery call for?

The 1-hour discovery call is a chance to talk about what brings you here, what you would like to change, and whether Carla’s 90-day coaching program feels like a fit. You can ask questions before deciding on your next step.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Your next chapter can begin with a conversation. If you feel stuck, lost, or simply know something needs to change, let’s talk about where you are and where you want to go.
